WHAT'S HAPPENING DOWNTOWN THIS MONTH:  

June 2013

June 1 - Downtown Mooresville Cruise-In  |  Downtown Mooresville will shine with chrome and glitter with sparkling paint during the monthly Cruise-In.  It’s a great chance to show off your car and chat with other car enthusiasts, surrounded by the architecturally historic backdrop of Downtown Mooresville. This event is held the first Saturday of the month from 4-8pm on Broad Street in Downtown Mooresville. Free.  

June 1, 8, 15, 22 & 29 - Downtown Mooresville Farmer's Market  |  All New Market!  All New Vendors! The Downtown Mooresville Farmer's Market will be held every Saturday from 8am until Noon.  Located in the parking lot at the corner of Church Street and East Iredell Ave (across from the MSI Chamber). If you are interested in being a vendor, please contact Chef Eric Greenwell of Black Velvet Patisserie at 704-662-0272.

June 7 – Music on Main | Trial by Fire.  A Journey Tribute Band. Mooresville Town Hall lawn (413 N. Main Street) 6:30pm. Free - food & beverages available for purchase.  Brought to you by the Town of Mooresville.

June 21 -  Live in the '115 | the Second Rockin' Year of our Outdoor Music Series.  Music begins this month at 4pm and runs until 9:30.  Live in the '115 is a celebration of local music that take place monthly through October in John Franklin Moore Park (corner of Main St. & Center Ave).  No coolers or alcoholic beverages allowed.  Music organized by Big Hat Larry's Guitars, Music & more. 

June - Mooresville Artist Guild |  Exclusive American Watercolor Society’s 146th Annual Travel exhibit on display through June 9 visit www.magart.org for details.

Every Saturday at Richard's Coffee Shop & Veterans Museum from 9am-Noon Community Music Jam at, 165 N. Main Street.

Every first and third Saturday visit the Mooresville Museum from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm.  View exhibits and artifacts from Mooresville's past and present. 132 E. Center Avenue.

The 2nd Friday of every month, The Mooresville Artist Guild hosts an artist reception. 6-8pm at 103 W. Center Avenue.  Visit www.magart.org for details.
