MDC BOARD MEETING

First Wednesday of each month. Held at 1pm in the Charles Mack Citizens Center, unless otherwise indicated.  The public is welcome to attend; however, these are Board Meetings and as such, public comment is open only as noted on the agenda.

FESTIVAL OF FOOD TRUCKS

Get Gourmet Fare from a bunch of trucks?  Yep!  Join us as the 2026 season of the Downtown Mooresville Festival of Food Trucks kicks off on Saturday, April 4. This fan-favorite event offers 15+ trucks, family fun, and features live jams by Untethered Soul, bringing a unique creative soulful reimagination of the music that shaped American culture.

It gets crowded early so bring a chair, bring your friends, hang out in the street, and delight in delicious cuisine from Food Trucks across the Charlotte - Lake Norman region. Trucks will be located on both Broad and Main Street from 5-8:30pm. Event is brought to you by the Mooresville Downtown Commission. Live band stage is presented in partnership with 158 on Main and Waves Entertainment.

ARTS & ACOUSTICS CELEBRATION

Join Downtown Mooresville for an evening of arts, acoustics, sips, shopping, and strolling. Enjoy live music inside and outside of businesses plus artists creating, displaying, and selling.  Treats and specials available at participating businesses! Brought to you by the Mooresville Downtown Commission. Music provided in partnership with 158 on Main and Waves Entertainment.  Artists hosted in partnership with Mooresville Arts.  No Tickets Required!

SPRING SIDEWALK SALE

It’s time to shop till you drop!  The annual Spring Sidewalk Sale will be held Saturday, April 25th.  Downtown Mooresville businesses along Broad and Main Streets will be offering divine deals, super specials, and discounts all day long!

SPRING INTO DOWNTOWN

Spring on into Downtown Mooresville!  Thanks to the MDC’s partnership with the oh-so-creative Brawley Garden Center, this beloved pop-up display of gorgeousness is heading back to JF Moore Park with a theme of (corner of Main Street & Center Ave.) The full bloom is coming early April to Downtown Mooresville with a special theme in honor of America’s 250th birthday. #springintodowntown and immerse yourself in the botanical beauty. Post your selfies!

SIP & STROLL IN THE DTM SOCIAL DISTRICT

Downtown Mooresville Social District is in place Noon to 10pm, seven days a week. Permitted Downtown Mooresville Social District businesses include: 158 on Main, 202 North Main Fine Wines & Spirits, Bae’s Burgers, Big Tiny’s, Dive Bar, Dulcet & Delish, Famous Toastery Downtown, High Branch Brewing, Murto Made Distillery, On Tap Crafty Brews, Stardust Cellars & Summit Coffee.
