WFV (Water Front Villa) Designs began in 2016 as a group of friends who found they all were interested in building innovative home décor and furniture. They reopened their new location at the newly developed Broad Street Place in November 2020.
At WFV Designs, we want our customers to experience a store like no other! We want it to feel like home and that they are a part of our family. That is why we offer superior customer service in a super friendly environment. Each member of our team is extremely creative and we like to create as many of our items with our own hands that we can! You will be greeted everyday at the store by the smiling face of Ms. Betty, who you will see crocheting, creating a beautiful floral arrangement or building our latest macramé planter while she is there!
In addition to home décor & gifts, WFV Designs also has an onsite wood shop! Tim has been in the furniture business for over 25 years and he has such a creative energy and quality craftsmanship. If you are looking to build a custom piece of furniture or you have something that needs repair, he is your guy.

Wagamuffins Dog Boutique relocated to the newly revitalized Broad Street location as one of the tenants in the brand new Broad Street Place on December 1, 2020.
Wagamuffins features handmade items from over 15 different local vendors in and around Mooresville as well as exclusively American Made products for dogs, and dog parents you can’t find anywhere else!
A unique feature that sets Wagamuffins apart from the other pet stores in the area is that we specialize in handmade collar accessories including bandanas, bowties, and flowers, most of which can be made while you wait from our over 200 fabric choices!
